We are an employee-owned, privately held corporation with 100% of the stock held by current management, and 100% of company assets invested in our construction activities. We have local, regional and national master construction agreements, and annually manage more than 400 projects valued at more than $300 million for our clients.
Also significant is our “construction to equity ratio,” which is consistently below the national average, evidenced by our bonding capacity of $50,000,000 per project. This gives us the working capital to keep even the largest projects running smoothly.
