Combination of demolition, remodeling and additions to a decommissioned elementary school to create a new state-of-the-art Boys and Girls Club.

"The relationship we had with Elzinga & Volkers throughout the duration of the project was nothing less than spectacular. As a non-profit agency developing this project with limited funding, budgetary focus was an imperative component to the successful completion of the center. Not only did Elzinga & Volkers pay very close attention to our financial restraints, but they created cost saving options while never jeopardizing the integrity or spirit of our endeavor. Our final costs, due primarily to the stewardship exercised by E & V, allowed us to come in well below the initial estimated costs of the project."
