Project Details

The Lakeview consists of renovations to the existing facility and two new additions which feature additional resident rooms and gathering space.  Renovations include new flooring and ventilation systems for the kitchen and technology upgrades to phone, nurse call and data systems, along with a completely new rehabilitation space.  Facility-wide upgrades include fire protection, hand rails, carpentry, flooring, painting and ceiling grid renovations.

The renovations and additions will enhance The Lakeview’s rehabilitation, memory care and skilled nursing services

This is a HUD project and is being constructed on a tight schedule while working with multiple stakeholders.  To ensure minimal discomfort to current residents, the project is phased.  Estimated completion of this project is July 2012.
