Complete historical renovation of 100-year-old+ vacant multi-story building into retail & residential space. Repaired cosmetic and structural fire damage. Developed a custom truss system to reinforce roof structure. Restored building facade and architectural details within historical commission requirements. Repaired & restored existing store foundations.
