The construction professionals at Elzinga & Volkers, Inc (EV) are pleased to announce that Joe Novakoski has been promoted to Vice President of Project Management and John Parker, Project Manager, has been elected to its Board of Directors. Elzinga & Volkers Professional Services, a subsidiary of EV, has promoted Mike Novakoski to President, Jeff Baxter to Vice President of Business Development and James (Buddy) Simmons to Vice President of Operations.
