Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services - Van Andel Addition

Project Details:

This 22-patient bed addition to the existing Van Andel Center will include a combination of single and double patient bedrooms, social and group therapy rooms, dining areas, patient bathing and laundry, nurses station, interview rooms, private offices, physician offices and meeting rooms.  The one-story addition will be 20,000 SF and will be built to match the existing facility.  All materials will be specially chosen to provide the safest environment possible for patients in this high security behavioral health facility.  The project will break ground in January 2012 to meet an aggressive completion date.
