Spectrum Health - Powerhouse

Project Details:

While construction of the adjacent Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital entered its final year, Spectrum Health needed a project team to manage the renovation of its existing central powerhouse facility.  Elzinga & Volkers was contacted to manage the architectural trades including concrete, structural steel, curtain walls, louvers and finishes.  Elzinga & Volkers also created and managed the projects program schedule and played an active role in onsite coordination between all trades.
